Easy Chocolate Mousse recipes

Recipe 1

Ingredients: For 4 servings

6 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 eggs
1/4 cup of water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar


First you have to melt the semi-sweet chocolate morsels. For this, you have to be a little tricky. Do not place the morsels directly on a pan over the oven, rather put a container full of water and then keep the morsels over it for indirect cooking. Remove the hot chocolate from the heat and add the egg yolk to the morsels. Do not forget to beat it after each addition. Now add some water and add egg whites along with a pinch of salt. Beat well until peaks start to form. Add brown sugar and slide it to the container. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

Recipe 2

Ingredients: For 4 servings

3 cups of milk
1/2 cup of fresh heavy cream
2 eggs
2 tablespoon of gelatine
4 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Almond essence
Silvers of almonds- garnish

Method: First, you have to mix the gelatine with the water. Prepare the gelatine on low heat until they get clear and melted. Take another bowl and beat the eggs. Place a pan on the oven and put milk there, after a few minutes put the eggs in it. In another bowl, make a paste with water and cocoa powder, and also add this to the hot milk. But keep stirring the mixture. Add some sugar and cream with it. Cook it some time and after that add some drops of almost essence. Add some gelatine to the milk. Slide it on the containers and keep them in the refrigerator. Serve with silvers of almonds.

Recipe 3

Ingredients: For 5 servings

1/4 cup of boiling water
1 tablespoon of dark ground and roasted coffee
4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 and 1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoon butter
8 to 10 tablespoon sugar or more if according to your taste
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of bourbon
1 tablespoon of dark rum


First boil some water and keep it over the ground coffee. Leave them for a couple of minutes and then strain completely. Take another double boiler in order to keep the chocolate, the fresh cream, salt (according to taste), butter, and last but not the least, the ground coffee strained water. Stir well until the chocolate melts and gets smoother and smoother. After it cools down a bit, beat one cup of cream, add the sugar, and mix them until they form peaks. Slide the flavorings to the beaten cream and slide the cream to the melted chocolate. And keep them on serving cut and keep in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
