Dough Bread Pizza

Ingredients

3 cups unbleached all purpose flour 
1 1/3 cups water 
1 1/4 teaspoons salt 
2 teaspoons sugar 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
2 tablespoons cornmeal 
1/4 teaspoon onion powder 
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast 

Method: Add all the ingredients in a machine bread pan, so that it can go to the dough mode. Once you have made the dough, you need to keep it on a 2-9x13 inch pan, which is already greased. Leave it on the pan for 15 minutes. Add toppings, whatever you want to. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Give it standing time and let the toppings melt properly.


Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

8 slices of bacon 
1 large chopped  onion
2-3 lbs ground beef 
1 chopped  red or green pepper
2 cans of small drained and sliced mushrooms 
2 small cans of pizza sauce 
1/4 cup Parmesean cheese 
2-3 roma tomatoes chopped 
1 Shredded cheddar cheese 
1-1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 cup flour 
3 eggs 
2 table-spoon olive oil 
1/2 tsp salt 
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 

Method:

First, preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Then cook the bacon on medium heat, until it gets brown and add beef, onion, and peppers to cook with the bacon. Add pizza sauce, followed by parmesean cheese. Take a 9x13 ungreased pan and slide the mixture on the pan. Now spread the toppings along with the cheese. Take another bowl, beat the eggs, and add milk, oil, flour, and salt. Stir them for 2 minutes. Now pour the mixture on the meat and put it for baking. Bake for 45 minutes, until the toppings gets brown.


Pepperoni Bread Pizza

Ingredients

1  pound of thawed  loaf frozen bread dough
1 beaten  egg
4 ounces sliced pepperoni sausage 
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning 

Method:

First preheat the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease the baking sheet. Roll down the frozen bread dough into the rectangle shape. And brush the dough with the beaten egg. Spear the other ingredients such as pepperoni, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese above the dough, followed by the Italian seasoning. Roll the dough and place it on the baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes until it gets brown.


Broccoli-cheese Pizza

Ingredients

10oz refrigerated whole-wheat pizza dough
1 cup of fat-free cottage cheese 
1 cup of broccoli
1/3 cup of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 
1 teaspoon of smashed red pepper flakes 
1 teaspoon of garlic powder 

Method:

Bring the pizza dough to normal room temperature. Prepare the over by preheating it to 425 degree Fahrenheit. Roll the dough into a slim rectangle and cut it some small squares. Take another bowl and mix broccoli florets, the cheeses, pepper flakes, and garlic. Spear the mixture on the square dough. take the corners of the squares and seal them with a fork. Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, while tossing them after half an hour.
