Green Tea Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: For 4 servings

1, 16-oounce can peaches in light syrup
3 bags of green tea
1, 5 1/2-oz chilled can peach nectar
2 cups peach yogurt
1 cup water


Direction:

First of all, you need to drain the peaches and keep them in a freezer pan to let them freeze. Now you have to brew three tea bags in one cup water. Let them steep for more than 10 minutes and then remove the tea bags. Keep the liquid for cooling. The time has come to prepare the smoothie. Take the chilled liquid into a large bowl and add peach nectar, yogurt, and peaches. Mix all the ingredients well, and serve them in glasses.

Ready in: 30 mins.
