Healthy Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients: For 5 servings

6 tablespoon rolled oats
1 and 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
5 to 6 tablespoon low fat butter
1/2 cup milk


Direction:

Prepare the oven by preheating to 350 degrees. Grind the rolled oats. Mix the oats with all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt. Stir them well until all the ingredients are mixed. Once all the dry ingredients are mixed completely, add milk and mix it again. Make a paste, so that you can divide the paste into several portions. Cut the round portions about 2 or 3 inch wide and keep them on the baking sheet for baking. Do not forget to make some holes on the round portions. You have to bake them for 12 minutes until they turn golden brown.

Ready in: 30 mins.
