Healthy Muffins Recipe

Ingredients: For 12 servings

1.5 cup unbleached whole wheat flour
3/4 cup oat bran
3/4 cup flaxseed meal
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup shredded carrots
2 shredded apples or bananas
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 vanilla soy milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Salt (Optional)


First, you need to mix all the dry ingredients together. Add chopped apples, nuts, and carrots. Then mix the liquid ingredients, soy milk and beaten eggs. Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients and add vanilla essence. Then fill the muffin tins with the mixture and let them bake for 30 minutes at 350-degree temperature. You can serve the muffins with jam.
