Pickled Celery Sticks Recipe

Ingredients: For 4 Servings

1 bunch Celery
1/2 sliced Lemon
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes 
10 to 12 black peppercorns
2 teaspoon sugar 
2 Bay leafs
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
6 cups water 
1.5 white vinegar and mix it with 1 cup of water
2 large jars
Salt

Direction:

First cut the celery small pieces. Boil the water and add the bay leaves, 1 teaspoon salt, and lemon slices. Cook for some time. Then add the celery and boil it for 2 minutes. Leave the celery to cool down. Now add a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, mustard seeds, pepper flakes, and black peppercorns into a jar and mix it with celery, water, and vinegar. Seal it and shake it well. Keep it in the refrigerator for a few days. After some day, take the jar out of the refrigerator and the celery sticks are ready to serve.
