1 five pounds chicken
2 tablespoons butter
Olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly chopped tarragon
1 tablespoon freshly chopped chives
2 teaspoons dijon mustard

Method: Preheat the oven to 350° and arrange a roasting pan. Add salt and pepper in the chicken to set it on the pan. Take a small bowl and mix tarragon, butter, chives, and mustard together. 1 five pounds chicken
3 tablespoons chopped celery
6 cups toasted bread cubes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 teaspoons dried poultry seasoning
1 beaten egg
Half cup milk


Method: Make some stock with the chicken giblets first. Take a small bowl and mix parsley, onion, bread cubes, celery, milk, chopped giblets, and beaten egg with the stock seasonings. Stuff the roasting chicken and roast it for 22 minutes at 350°. After 22 minutes, remove the stuffing gently from the chicken and serve it separately.
