Soy Salad

We all know how soybean is healthy for our health. Let’s add the goodness of soy with salad for a complete meal.

Ingredients: For four servings

  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 bunches of romaine lettuce    
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


Direction:

First of all, wash the romaine lettuce properly and keep it aside for drying. Take a small non-sticky frying pan to roast seasame seeds. You need to roast the seeds until they turn golden brown. Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients, except for the seasame seeds. Mix these ingredients together well. Keep the bowl aside. Now tear the romaine lettuce into small pieces and keep them equally in small salad bowls. Add the mixture on the romaine lettuce and finally sprinkle the roasted seasame seeds on top of the salad.
