This salad is named thus for its colorfulness. This salad contains lots of vegetables and fruits. There is a dressing option with the recipe, but if you want to cut the calorie from the salad, it is better that you stay away from the sauces.
Ingredients: For five servings
- 5 cups of spinach leaves
- 1/2 sliced red pepper
- 1/2 thinly sliced red onion
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
- sliced whole cucumber
- 1/3 cup of bottled vinaigrette
- Dressing if needed
Wash the spinach leaves properly and let them dry for some time. Now slice the leaves evenly. Take a large salad bowl and add all the ingredients together. Toss well, so that the ingredients mix well.
