Peanut Butter Cookie


Half cup peanut butter
Half cup butter, softened
Half cup sugar
Half teaspoon baking soda
Half cup packed brown sugar
Half teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
1 and half cups all purpose flour
Half teaspoon vanilla
Granulated sugar

Method: Take a large mixing container, add butter and peanut butter, and mix them well. Then add baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, normal sugar to it and mix all the ingredients well. After that, mix the egg and vanilla and beat them together. And then add the flour. Leave the mixture for at least one hour, so that it gets easy to handle. Shape the dough into ball shape along with granulated sugar and keep the balls on a cookie sheet. You can make patterns on the cookie ball. Bake the cookies for around 9 minutes at 375 degrees until they turn light brown. Leave the cookies to cool down.

Chocolate Mint Cookie


1 and half cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 and half cups all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Green mint wafers/ peppermint chocolate

Method: Take a large saucepan and cook sugar, butter, and water on a low heat. After the butter is melted, add the chocolate chips and stir them until they are melted. Now pour the mixture on a larger bowl and leave it for 100 minutes. Now beat the eggs and cook on low temperature. Leave the dough for one hour, so that it gets handy. Preheat the over on 350 degrees. Make balls and bake for 12 minutes. After taking them out of the oven, keep one mint wafer on the each cookie. Your cookies will be ready to eat after one hour.

Oatmeal Cookie


2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup butter shortening
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Half teaspoon baking powder
Half teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
3 cups old fashioned/quick cooking oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup all purpose flour

Method: First of all, you need to preheat the oven at 375 degrees. Take all the ingredients, except for flour, oats, and raisins into a large bowl and mix them well. Make dough with rounded tablespoons on an ungreased cookie mat. You need to bake the balls for 9 to 12 minutes, until they turn light brown. After 12 minutes, you need to remove the cookies to a wire rack, so that they can cool down completely. Make sure that you take the cookies immediately out of the oven, else the cookies will be overcooked.
