Cold War Between Miley Cyrus and Perez Hilton is Still On!
Surely, the American blogger, Perez Hilton would love to create controversies but this time he has gone too far. He has posted an image of Miley Cyrus,
which not only has landed him in controversy, but also may turn him behind the bars! He may be charged with the accusation of child pornography. Yes, you hear it right! And that too with the 17-year-old pop star, Miley Cyrus. The blogger is now at the target of worldwide rage.
A few days ago, 32-year-old Hilton had took an explicit snap of Miley Cyrus, who was getting out of her car. Not only that, he also posted the upskirt photo on the web on last Monday. However, he may have no idea that Cyrus is a minor and his act fell under a serious offence of child pornography. Just a few hours later, on Tuesday morning, everyone was literary disgusted on Hilton for such an obscene posting.
Recently, Miley Cyrus reacted furiously on her newly achieved sexy image! And a few days later, such a censored shot of her was published on the web. I am sure Cyrus has a lot to say about it. In her interview with Ryan Seacrest on her latest video, Can't Be Tamed, She said, “That's some idiot being an idiot. Isn't it funny that things like that, that are so negative have to come out right before my record? It's like no one can let positive things happen. All I do is focus on the positive and I hope this record does well.”
Los Angeles criminal defense attorney, Jeffrey Douglas, who has also specialized in child pornography comments that this act can prove suicidal for Perez Hilton. He also said, “We're not talking about a misdemeanor. You don't have to know what the definition of the law is; all you have to do is knowingly distribute the photograph.” He also commented on some people’s observation that the shot might be edited as he said, “That is still a crime, and it is punishable just the same.” He clarified that if you attach a child’s face on an adult’s body that too will fall under punishable offence.
However, the leading man of the story, Perez Hilton was numb until Tuesday afternoon. But later he posted a video on the web, which clearly states that it is a fake controversy. He said, “Sure I like to be controversial. but I don't want to go to jail.”
Of course Hilton, you may not wish to go to jail! But don’t you think you should foresee the consequences of the posting much before posting the shot on the web?
